I’ve found 1gighost (www.1gighost.com) to be under $10 and very reliable. Domain names were also under $10 per year. I paid something like $5 per month on hosting and it would have held way over 20 pages. However, it’s not exactly the easiest to use so you need to know what you’re doing. I eventually switched to Yahoo hosting because it’s easier to use, just as reliable as 1gighost, and offered more needed extras. However, it’s about $12 per month.
